How long will my item take to be delivered?

We ship always aim to ship within 7 working days and all our products are shipped either first class or by airmail if it goes out of the UK. If the item is going to take longer for some reason we always let you know. 

Are your products genuine Amber and Silver?

We purchase from a repuitable suppliers so feel confident our products are genuine. The majority of the amber is imported from Lithuania

What payment methods do you accept?

We Accept most credit cards, personal cheques and money orders, however please note that when paying the goods will not be dispatched until we have the funds in our account. All use a secure server. However if you would prefer you can send a cheque but please remember items will not be dispatched until after the cheque has cleared.

How secure is your site?

We use a reputable company to host our site and support the build. We can therefore feel confident that the site is secure.

What is your returns policy?

Please e mail us to notify us that you wish to return the item and your reason. If the item was faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage with the purchase price you paid.
