Collections and returns (UK mainland only) from customer address to:

Hertfordshire.
WD18 0DQ. 

If the item arrives damaged or not the item ordered K&M partnership is responsible for postage costs and will refund the customer.

Returns to be made within 10 days and an email sent giving the reasons for return.
