Thank you for shopping with new amber jewelry. Should there be any problems with the items dispatch we offer the following returns policy.

Collections and returns (UK mainland only) from customer address to:

K&M partnership,
5 Farraline road,
Watford,
Hertfordshire.
WD18 0DQ.

If the item arrives damaged or not the item ordered K&M partnership is responsible for postage costs and will refund the customer.

Returns to be made within 10 days and an email sent giving the reasons for return.
